HOMMA announced the completion of its first Prototype Smart Home “HOMMA ONE” in Benicia, CA, in June 2020 along with its product video. It is a single family home with a total living space of 3,400 square feet and a stunning views of the San Francisco Bay. HOMMA implemented the first phase of Smart Orchestration, especially for the smart lighting and smart blinds. HOMMA’s goal is to create a seamless living with technology. Lastly, HOMM was able to complete this project with a partnership and collaboration with Japanese housing industry companies to create an innovative interior space influenced by Japanese design. Some of the companies are sanwacompany ltd. and Panasonic Life Solutions Company of America.
